BOTOX for Chronic Migraine

If you suffer from chronic migraine, Botox may be a powerful option to reduce the frequency and severity of your attacks.

At Cascade Headache, we offer Botox injections for eligible patients — without the complexity of insurance networks.

Here's how it works:

Step 1:
Get Evaluated

At your appointment with Dr Urkov, he'll confirm if you meet criteria for the diagnosis of Chronic Migraine. If appropriate, Botox may be prescribed as treatment.

Step 2:
Fill the Botox Rx

We'll send your prescription for Botox to a specialty pharmacy. If insurance approves it, the pharmacy will ship the medication directly to Cascade Headache.

Step 3:
Receive Your Injections

You'll come in for your in-office injections. We use the standard FDA-approved protocol of 31 injection sites around the head, neck, and shoulders.

Step 4:
Reimbursement Support

You'll receive a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance and to the Abbvie Botox Savings Program for reimbursement.

Will My Insurance Help Cover Botox?

Yes! — in many cases, your insurance can cover the cost of the Botox medication itself, even if you’re paying us directly for the injection visit. We’ll work with a specialty pharmacy to help you get approval and ensure your medication is shipped safely to our office.

You can also enroll in the Abbvie Botox Savings Program, which may reimburse part or all of your out-of-pocket costs for the procedure.
